An Outdoor enthusiast. After spending 4 years in the Corporate World as a Business Analyst, he turned to the Outdoors to pursue his career. And found his place as an Outdoor Experiential Educator. His training programs employ elements of Experiential Education and Positive Psychology. Wander Gupt started in Jul 2017. Since then, the idea and the company have journeyed from being about Experiential Travel to expanding to include Experiential Trainings and Education as well. Now, Wander Gupt also curates and facilitates learning based Outdoor experiences. It works with schools and colleges to provide various Outdoor based learning programs to facilitate for different Values, and bridge the gap between the textbooks and the real world. they also work with MSMEs, Start ups, Corporates to provide long term Training Consultations and/or different Outdoor and in-house Training Programs targeted at Team Building, Collaboration, Paradigm Shift, Creative thinking, Communication, Soft skills, etc. Wander Gupt is currently supported by GTU Innovation Council, a Government of India initiative to build start-up ecosystems in Gujarat.
